 It is in excellent condition and was published in 1845 in an American literary and art journal. The print is accompanied by a page of original period text describing the scene. This was engraved from an original work by William Bartlett, a very fine antique print.
The dimensions of the print area are, minus margins, approx. 4.50 by 7 inches, and the overall size is approx. 6 by 10.50 inches. This is not a modern reproduction. It is a steel engraving over 150 years old, and guaranteed to be as described.
