Drumlanrig Castle 1846 This is a really fine antique engraving titled "Drumlanbrig Castle." It is in excellent condition and was published in a Robert Burns biography in 1846. The print shows a fine Scottish landscape view with a group of horsemen following a pack of hounds across the river in the middle of the engraving, presumably chasing a fox. A woman in the foreground is seen with her hands in the air over a bucket of spilled milk. Dimensions of the print area are, minus margins, approx. 5.50 by 3.75 and the overall size of the sheet is approx. 10.75 by 8 inches. This is not a reproduction or reprint. It is a vintage engraving, over 155 years old and guaranteed to be as described. Price $35 Item #7274
