This is a pair of vintage woodcut engravings titled "Spring and Summer Fashions for 1864." They are in very good condition and show the early spring fashions in coats and dresses for that year. These were published in Harper's Weekly on February 27, 1864, and the page is dated in the upper left corner. Related article describing the scenes in detail included.
The women's engraving measures approx. 6.50 by 9.25  inches.  The men's engraving measures approx. 6 by 9.25 inches and the overall dimensions of the print area are, including margins, approx.
15.50 by 10.50 inches.  There is text on the reverse side. This is not a
reproduction or reprint. It is a 150 year-old engraving, in very good condition and guaranteed to be as described.
