 Partridge Shooting

 A very fine view of partridge hunting with what appears to be a Brittany Spaniel,  on the eastern seaboard in the mid 19th century. Published in Gleason's Pictorial in 1853. The engraving is in very good condition and measures approx. 7 by 9 inches. It is a full uncut page measuring approx. 10.50 by 15 inches, including the engraved masthead of the paper showing a fine view of Boston harbor. It is accompanied by a brief article describing the scene.The top photo more accurately shows the color and detail of the print. This is not a modern reproduction. This is a 149 year old engraving and article guaranteed to be as described.
