"Siracusa e Contorni." and Euryelos

This is a vintage engraved map titled "Siracusa e Cotorni." published in 1892. The map is in very good condition and was drawn and engraved by Wagner & Diebes of Liepzig, Germany on a 1:50,000 meter scale. The map shows a very detailed view of the area around the city of Syracuse including main geographical features, outlying small villages, main roads and a view of the coastline.
On the reverse side is a detailed city map of Siracusa with a numbered legend showing municipal buildings, library, archeological sites and main city streets. Also there is a small map of Euryelos.
The map measures approx. 6 by 8 inches with a center fold. The paper is mildly age toned. This is not a
reproduction or reprint. It is an antique engraved map, over 100 years old, and guaranteed to be as described.
