"Sugar. Vacuum Pan."

 Published in the Cyclopedia of Useful Arts and Manufactures in 1854, a very fine technical drawing of sugar manufacturing equipment built by Pontifex and Wood Company. The print is accompanied by about a dozen pages of text describing the 19th century technique for making sugar at an industrial level along with several other small in text engravings. Dimensions of the print approx. 9.75 by 6.25 inches. This is not a reproduction. This is a 149 year old steel engraving in excellent condition and guaranteed to be as described.
