This is a genuine antique engraved map of Venice titled "Venezia" published in a European travel book in 1895. The map is in excellent condition and is drawn and engraved by Wagner & Diebes of Liepzig, Germany. Very fine details. In the upper right corner is an inset map showing the entire region titled Lagune Venete. The [photo crops it short a bit. The main map shows all canals, neighborhoods, public squares, bridges, train station, ferry routes, all done in a very nice three tone color. The print was a fold out map and therefore vertical and  horizontal folds. It will be shipped flat. The map measures approx. 10 by 13 inches. The paper is mildly age toned.
